Terms of Service
Last Updated: 26 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to 3DBazaar, accessible at https://www.3dbazaar.ae.
3DBazaar is an online retail, wholesale and custom 3D printing platform operated by Fed Digital Marketing and E Commerce FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Throughout these Terms of Service, "3DBazaar", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating this website.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a custom design request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms apply to both individual consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), except where specific provisions expressly state otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable United Arab Emirates legislation.
2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts
Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law.
Customers agree to provide accurate and current information when creating accounts or placing orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the devices and email addresses used for authentication.
3DBazaar uses Shopify's secure customer authentication infrastructure.
We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity, unlawful use, unauthorised access or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Products and 3D Printing Characteristics
3DBazaar offers products that may include:
-
3D-printed figures and accessories
-
Keychains and decorative products
-
Personalised gifts
-
Home and business decorative items
-
Promotional and display products
-
Prototypes and functional components
-
Custom manufacturing services
Many products are manufactured using additive manufacturing technologies.
Depending on the printing material, manufacturing process and product design, items may exhibit minor visible layer lines, surface textures or reasonable manufacturing variations.
These characteristics will not automatically constitute defects where they are consistent with the product description and agreed specifications.
We aim to display product photographs, colours, measurements, materials and specifications accurately.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of display settings and manufacturing tolerances. Material differences affecting the agreed characteristics of a product remain subject to applicable customer rights.
Customers should follow all product-specific age recommendations, care instructions and safety warnings.
Products must not be used for medical, food-contact, safety-critical or other regulated applications unless specifically identified and supplied as suitable for the intended purpose.
4. Product Availability and Pricing
All product prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise expressly stated.
Prices, availability, product specifications and promotions may change without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively alter confirmed orders, except as permitted by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
Any applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges and additional fees will be disclosed before order completion.
3DBazaar will apply VAT where legally required and in accordance with its applicable tax registration status.
Products are subject to availability.
If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law.
We do not intentionally use misleading prices, product descriptions or promotional claims.
5. Orders and Payment
Customers may place orders through the 3DBazaar website using the available checkout methods.
Payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards and other payment services made available at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or other supported payment providers.
For standard retail orders, payment is generally required when the order is placed.
For business orders, payment is required at checkout unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed and configured for the relevant business account.
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Customers will receive electronic order information or confirmation.
We may verify order information, payment authorisation and product availability before fulfilment.
If an order must be cancelled because it cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
3DBazaar currently provides shipping within the United Arab Emirates, subject to the available delivery regions and checkout options.
Our standard UAE shipping charges are:
-
Order subtotal below AED 50: AED 15 shipping.
-
Order subtotal of AED 50 or more: Free standard shipping.
The applicable shipping threshold is determined using the eligible product subtotal after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges and taxes.
Standard delivery estimates are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the delivery location, courier availability, product availability and production requirements.
Custom-manufactured products may require additional production time, which will be communicated where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a reachable contact number.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information provided by the customer, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply where disclosed and legally permitted.
Where delivery is delayed, unavailable or unsuccessful for reasons attributable to 3DBazaar or its service providers, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Further information is provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
For eligible standard, non-personalised products, 3DBazaar voluntarily offers a 14-calendar-day return period from delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
Products must generally be unused, undamaged and in their original condition to qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return.
Customised and personalised products are treated differently as explained below.
For defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products, customers retain all applicable statutory rights and remedies.
For voluntary returns, customers generally arrange and pay for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Where 3DBazaar is responsible for a defect or error, necessary return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
No restocking fee is charged.
Eligible refunds are ordinarily initiated within seven business days after return approval and inspection, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
For complete details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order through the available customer account features or by contacting our support team.
A cancellation request does not necessarily mean that the order has already been cancelled.
For standard products, cancellation is generally possible before dispatch, provided fulfilment has not reached a stage that prevents cancellation.
For custom-manufactured products, a change-of-mind cancellation may be declined after production has commenced, subject to applicable law.
We will evaluate cancellation requests fairly and communicate the outcome.
Nothing in this section excludes cancellation or refund rights arising from defective products, non-performance, material delays or other circumstances protected by law.
9. Custom Design and Manufacturing Services
Customers may submit design requests through our Custom Design service.
Requests may include:
-
Design descriptions
-
Images and reference materials
-
CAD, STL, OBJ or 3MF files
-
Dimensions and technical requirements
-
Requested quantities
-
Colour and material preferences
-
Branding and personalisation instructions
Submitting a request does not automatically create a paid manufacturing order.
We may review technical feasibility, production requirements, applicable safety standards, intellectual property rights and commercial suitability before issuing a quotation.
A custom manufacturing order is confirmed when the parties agree on the specifications and applicable price and the required order or payment process has been completed.
Production begins according to the agreed manufacturing arrangements.
Significant changes requested after production begins may require additional charges, revised timelines or a new quotation, subject to customer agreement.
We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringe intellectual property rights, present unacceptable safety risks or cannot be manufactured using our available processes.
10. Customer Designs and Intellectual Property
Customers submitting designs, trademarks, images, logos, models or other materials confirm that they own the relevant rights or have permission to use those materials for the requested manufacturing purpose.
Customers must not submit material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
Customers retain ownership of their original intellectual property.
By submitting design materials, customers grant 3DBazaar a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, review, technically process, reproduce and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to:
-
Review manufacturing feasibility.
-
Prepare quotations and design proofs.
-
Manufacture and fulfil the requested products.
-
Communicate regarding the order.
-
Provide customer support.
-
Maintain necessary business records or resolve disputes.
3DBazaar will not sell or publicly distribute a customer's proprietary design files to unrelated third parties for independent commercial use without appropriate authorisation or another lawful basis.
Pre-existing intellectual property owned by 3DBazaar or its licensors remains their property.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying design.
11. Wholesale and Business Accounts (B2B)
3DBazaar provides wholesale purchasing opportunities to approved business customers.
Wholesale access may require submission of:
-
Company registration information
-
Trade licence documentation
-
Business contact information
-
Authorised representative information
-
Delivery and billing details
Business applications are reviewed before wholesale privileges are granted.
Approved companies may be assigned to one of our available wholesale pricing groups, including:
-
B2B Group 1 — Standard Wholesale
-
B2B Group 2 — Premium Wholesale
-
B2B Group 3 — Distributor
Available products, wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and quantity increments are determined by the assigned catalogue and applicable product rules.
Wholesale pricing is intended for authorised business accounts.
3DBazaar may review or modify a customer's wholesale classification, with appropriate notice where required, based on eligibility, account activity and agreed commercial arrangements.
Changes to pricing or classification will not retroactively alter completed purchases except where permitted by applicable law.
Customers must ensure that individuals placing orders on behalf of a company are properly authorised.
12. Wholesale Payment and Delivery
Approved wholesale customers may purchase products through Shopify's B2B checkout.
Unless separately agreed, wholesale orders require payment at checkout.
Available card payment methods are processed by the designated payment provider.
Customers may be allowed to select a different one-time delivery address during checkout without changing their registered business location.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery details.
A Purchase Order (PO) reference may be provided where supported by checkout, but is not required unless specifically agreed.
Any individually negotiated commercial payment, delivery or production terms will be communicated and accepted before they apply to a transaction.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The 3DBazaar website, including its original branding, logos, layout, text, product photographs, website graphics and other protected materials, belongs to 3DBazaar or the relevant rights holders.
Customers may browse and use the website for legitimate shopping and business purposes.
Without appropriate authorisation, users must not:
-
Reproduce protected content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
-
Impersonate 3DBazaar or other customers.
-
Misuse trademarks or protected designs.
-
Access restricted systems without permission.
-
Introduce malicious code or interfere with website security.
-
Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
Nothing in these Terms prevents activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
14. Product Safety and Responsible Use
Customers must use products in accordance with their stated intended purposes, specifications and accompanying warnings.
Some 3D-printed products may contain small components or have temperature, mechanical strength or material limitations.
Product-specific safety instructions and age suitability information should be reviewed before purchase and use.
Customers should not alter or use products in ways that create foreseeable safety risks.
3DBazaar remains responsible for its applicable legal obligations relating to product safety, product descriptions, manufacturing quality and defective goods.
We may suspend sales or initiate appropriate corrective action if a product safety issue is identified.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
This may include information necessary for account administration, order fulfilment, payments, B2B verification, custom design requests, website analytics and customer support.
Payment information is processed using the relevant secure payment infrastructure.
For further information about data collection, advertising technologies, international data transfers and privacy rights, please review our Privacy Policy.
16. External Services and Third-Party Providers
Our website uses third-party services, including ecommerce infrastructure, payment processors, delivery providers and technical service providers.
Certain third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The involvement of a third-party provider does not exclude any legal responsibility that 3DBazaar owes to its customers.
Customers may be redirected to secure third-party interfaces where necessary for account authentication, payments or related services.
17. Liability and Statutory Rights
We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate product information, reliable order processing and secure website operations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3DBazaar is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control and for which it has no legal responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude mandatory rights relating to defective products, product safety, consumer protection, fraud or other non-excludable legal obligations.
18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers may raise complaints concerning purchases, products, payments, deliveries or other services by emailing info@3dbazaar.ae.
Please provide sufficient details, including the relevant order number where available.
We will review complaints and attempt to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
Customers retain their right to approach the relevant consumer protection authority or competent judicial authority where applicable.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes arising from the use of the website or transactions with 3DBazaar are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts or authorities, taking into account any mandatory legal rules concerning jurisdiction and consumer protection.
Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, applicable legislation, operational requirements or business arrangements.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively deprive customers of rights or benefits arising from existing transactions where such changes are not permitted by law.
